Home Valet Service
Prior to delivery, all homes undergo a thorough 50 point inspection, and receive a complementary valet. In addition, homes are supplied with a comprehensive warranty, backed up by a customer service team with 24 hour, out of hours emergency cover - unique within this industry. If a caravan is delivered and has an unreasonable fault not attributable to normal wear and tear, we will rectify the problem using our own repair team. Attention to detail at every step is one of the cornerstones of our business.
Groundwork and Bases
Our technical services team can also offer the ability to prepare and lay solid bases for your static caravan to stand on. By offering a base building service we ensure that our customers have more options with regard to where they locate their new or used static caravan or log cabin.
In House Upholstery Department
Over the years the soft furnishings and upholstery used in the caravan industry has significantly improved. Here at Joal Leisure we have developed our own upholstery department to enable us to offer our customers a far superior product at discounted prices. Our in-house seamstress has over 30 years experience of producing high quality caravan upholstery. From something as simple as re-covering a cushion to a complete re-fit, Joal Leisure can cater for all your upholstery needs.
