- Integrated window louvre system (unique to IRM), protecting all window and door openings from water penetration mastic free = maintenance free.
- Large dimension uPVC domestic quality double glazing throughout manufactured to the most rigorous 4-16-4 specification (2x4mm glass thickness separated by 16mm vacuum).
- Vinyl exterior cladding as used in house construction in Canada and America resistant to UV light, all weather conditions, knocks and, again thanks to its mastic-free installation, maintenance free.
- Moulded, inset, exterior door frame. Unique double-glazed domestic exterior door, with 5-point security locking and 1.92m (64) walk through height.
- All season reinforced insulation in roof, 120mm fibreglass.

- Insulation to all interior walls, as to exterior walls = sound deadening between rooms, greater privacy, increased solidity.

- All season reinforced insulation under floor with multi-layered aluminium film.

Chassis and Flooring
- One-piece technium-coated, ultra hard-wearing laminate-style vinyl flooring laid the length of each holiday home, even below carpet.
- 19 mm, V313 water-resistant flooring boards.
- 10 mm Phaltex insulation boarding.
- Unique complete frame chassis manufactured entirely from galvanised steel. All floor timbers replaced by steel beams. All floor fixings into steel = no creaking floor.
