Neath Port Talbot
The small but glorious county of Neath Port Talbot, with a smattering of caravan parks, is divided into two individual communities each one just as charming as the other. One is The Vale of Neath, well known for its cascading waterfalls, the other is Port Talbot and the Afan Valley, where there is no shortage of picturesque scenery and wildlife throughout the country parks. Nowhere else in Wales is there such a richness and diversity of waterfalls within such a small area as can be found in the Vale of Neath. This abundance has led to the region becoming known as ‘Waterfall Country’, and would be wonderful location to site a log cabin. The deep gorges of the rivers Mellte, Hepste and Nedd Fechan between the villages of Pontneddfechan and Ystradfellte provide opportunities for the casual walker and the more experienced of static caravan tourists.
